Flourishnutrition.io is a service that connects you, the patient with board-certified registered dietitians. The service aims to make it easier for you to find affordable, specialized, and experienced dietitians. 

Here are some of the services  offered by Flourish: ​

• One-on-one meetings

  Patients work with me to create a custom plan and receive ongoing support.

• Insurance connection

  Flourish connects patients with their insurance plan to ensure they pay the minimum out-of-pocket cost.

To get started, fill out a short form on my Flourish website that provides information about your insurance and what support you are looking for. As a Flourish dietitian I am       in-network with many insurance plans, including: 

United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Independent Health, and MVP Health.
